Jaasiel Forde

Government Affairs Manager

Jassiel Forde brings a strong background in international economic affairs, national security research, and strategic communications to her role at Capitol67 Strategies. She supports the firm’s managing partners and clients through legislative research, policy tracking, hearing and meeting preparation, and congressional engagement.

Before joining Cap67, Jaasiel served as a Government Affairs Coordinator at Commonwealth Strategic Partners and as an Intergovernmental Affairs Intern at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. In these roles, she analyzed legislative developments and assessed economic grant distributions across 40 legislative districts, providing critical insights into regional economic development strategies.

Jaasiel also led high-level research teams during her time as a National Security Fellow at Seton Hall University, where she produced policy recommendations for the U.S. Department of State and the Department of Defense. Her work contributed to senior-level briefings and official publications informing U.S. foreign policy.

She holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, with specializations in International Economics and Development and Global Negotiation and Conflict Management. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Gardner-Webb University.

She is passionate about policy research and legislative strategy and is committed to advancing Capitol67 Strategies’ mission and impact.
